5. CNC system adopts FANUC 18i-TB AC servo CNC system. The control axis is trailer longitudinal feed, main grinding head vertical feed, motor spindle grinding head and measuring device, main grinding head, table drive (SP axis) and ATC grinding wheel storage drive (PMC) seven axis.
6. The grinding wheel warehouse adopts a disc structure, which can place three large grinding wheels and three small grinding wheels at intervals, a total of six.

2. Contact sensors for measuring inner diameter, outer diameter and end face: effective for mass production (more than 10 workpieces). Especially for large-diameter workpieces or deep-hole workpieces, there are many cases where measuring instruments or skilled techniques are needed when measuring dimensions manually, which will help them and make their work more efficient.
3. ATC tool magazine: it can accommodate 6 tools with a diameter of 50~305mm with grinding wheel. The shortening of the exchange activity time between the grinding wheels and the composite material processing is realized.
Rotation corrector: suitable for the effective use of CBN grinding wheels. The rotating disc is equipped with a multi-point diamond rotating diamond drum corrector. However, the back cannot be corrected.
5. Stop the worktable in a fixed position (sensor type): improve the operability of the workpiece exchange process and manual measurement through positioning. Used with the internal and external diameter and end face measurements in the option, you can avoid keyways and screw holes for measurement.
Single-point diamond pen corrector: standard configuration of grinding wheel, with 2 on the end and back to support complex processing.
Oil mist dust collector: It is recommended to set the machine tool in a clean and constant temperature room. During the grinding process, the built-in filter sucks out the coolant oil mist at the grinding point, separates the coolant components, and releases fresh air to the outside of the machine.
