Product Description
● Bed
Integral box structure, cast iron HT300 with added alloy elements, one-time molding casting, subjected to secondary aging treatment; guideway width 850mm, guideway surface is medium-frequency quenched and precisely ground by imported guideway grinding machine.
● Machine Tool Spindle
Supported by precision heavy-duty bearings in a three-point support, gears are high-frequency quenched and precisely ground, running smoothly with noise below industry standards. Equipped with an external oil cooler, automatic forced circulation lubrication, the transmission system operates flexibly and effectively controls temperature to ensure spindle accuracy stability.
● Saddle and Feed System
X and Z axis transmission uses high-precision ball screws with preload and pretension, both ends equipped with special angular contact ball bearings for ball screws, feed motor directly connected to the screw to ensure motion and positioning accuracy. X and Z axis guideways are medium-frequency quenched with hardness reaching HRC52-58, precision ground, motion surfaces coated with imported wear-resistant material TURCITE-B, full forced lubrication to ensure the best combination of feed accuracy and rigidity.
● Tool Post
According to processing requirements, can be equipped with vertical four-station tool post, horizontal eight-station tool post, horizontal twelve-station tool post: vertical four-station tool post has good rigidity, no lifting required, fast and convenient tool change, high indexing accuracy. Horizontal eight and twelve-station tool posts hold more tools, meeting complex part processing needs, with internal cooling spray, which helps improve workpiece surface quality and prevent coolant splashing.
● Hydraulic Rotary Tailstock
High rotary accuracy, heavy load capacity; tailstock sleeve controlled by system for extension and retraction, tailstock body movement driven by saddle through pin shaft, easy operation, fast speed, high efficiency; tailstock can be hydraulically floated for easy manual pushing, convenient operation; sleeve is quenched, chrome plated and precisely ground, sturdy structure, capable of heavy cutting.
● Steady Rest and Follower Rest
Important auxiliary devices for machining long shaft parts, rollers use large diameter rolling bearings internally, matched with high-strength wear-resistant rollers externally, each roller manually adjusted individually, sliding shaft uses square slide block structure with high strength, effectively ensuring accuracy and extending service life; steady rest clamping diameter 100-600mm, follower rest maximum diameter 1200mm, covering main machining range of the machine tool.
