Product Description
● Bed Frame
Integral box structure, cast iron HT300 with added alloy elements, one-time molding casting, subjected to secondary aging treatment; guideway width 850mm, guideway surface is medium-frequency quenched and precisely ground by imported guideway grinding machine.
● Machine Tool Spindle
Selected with precision heavy-duty bearings, the main motor directly drives the spindle rotation through a belt, running smoothly, stepless speed regulation over the full speed range, enabling constant linear speed cutting.
● Saddle and Feed System
X and Z feed transmission use high-precision ball screws with preloading and pretension applied; feed motor is directly connected to the screw to ensure motion and positioning accuracy. X and Z1 axes use sliding guideways, which are medium-frequency quenched to a hardness of HRC52-56; sliding friction surfaces are coated with imported wear-resistant TURCITE-B material, with full forced lubrication to ensure the best combination of feed accuracy and rigidity. Z2 and Z3 axes use rolling linear guideways to guarantee rapid response during follow-up machining and higher machining quality.
● Electric Tool Post
Highly reliable central shaft positioning method ensures high rigidity of the tool post. Excellent end tooth virtual engagement position and high-precision CNC end tooth grinding of large-diameter end tooth discs guarantee the repeat positioning accuracy and stability of the tool post. The tool post interior uses imported VA type seals, strongly ensuring overall protection performance.
● Grinding Spindle Unit
Uses precision high-speed spindle motor with specialized precision bearings and advanced Italian electromagnetic design concept. Equipped with P4 grade high-precision angular contact double bearings, ensuring high motor accuracy, stable operation, low noise, and smooth cutting surfaces. Dustproof and waterproof sealed structure with protection rating IP55.

The roller bracket is an important component required for machining long shaft parts and is an optional accessory for the TE series CNC lathes. The rollers inside the roller bracket use large-diameter rolling bearings, paired externally with high-strength wear-resistant rollers. Each roller can be manually adjusted individually. The sliding shaft adopts a square slide block structure with high strength, effectively ensuring precision and extending service life.
