Rotating Spray Quenching Machine for Mold Rolling Rolls

This model of spray quenching machine is multifunctional, designed to meet the quenching requirements of steel pipe molds of various specifications, as well as the tempering and quenching of alloy steel and rollers. The main machine consists of rollers and a rotating mechanism, the material receiving and feeding is done by a flipping frame, and the spray quenching is performed by fixed nozzle walls on both sides. The process is as follows: heating in a pit furnace and removal, lifting by crane to the flipping frame, the flipping frame lowers onto the rollers, the workpiece separates from the flipping frame and begins to rotate, at which point the spray quenching walls on both sides start working, executing the process according to different designs.
