TE Series CNC Lathe

Adopting internationally advanced design concepts, the casting is made of high-standard wear-resistant cast iron and undergoes secondary aging treatment. The guide rail surface is precision ground by an imported guide rail grinding machine after medium-frequency quenching. The gear system is optimized with profile modification for four-speed stepless variable speed constant linear cutting, resulting in good machining accuracy, high rigidity, and strong vibration resistance.

TP Series CNC Turning and Polishing Composite Machine Tool

The TP series CNC turning and polishing composite machine tool is a series of CNC turning and polishing composite machine tools developed by Jingjia Equipment based on customer needs, specifically designed for the precise and efficient processing of large heavy shaft parts.

TEBV Series Butterfly Valve Grinding and Composite Processing CNC Machine

This is a precision equipment product developed by Jingjia, based on the process requirements for the sealing surface grinding and running-in of small and medium-sized hard-sealed butterfly valves, drawing on advanced design concepts from both domestic and international sources, meticulously crafted as a CNC machine tool for composite grinding and machining.

Roller Bracket

The roller bracket is an important component required for machining long shaft parts and is an optional accessory for the TE series CNC lathes. The rollers inside the roller bracket use large-diameter rolling bearings, paired externally with high-strength wear-resistant rollers. Each roller can be manually adjusted individually. The sliding shaft adopts a square slide block structure with high strength, effectively ensuring precision and extending service life.

Heavy-duty center stand

The heavy-duty steady rest is an essential component for machining long shaft parts and is an optional accessory for the TE series CNC lathes. The steady rest rollers use large-diameter rolling bearings internally and are equipped externally with high-strength wear-resistant rollers. Each roller can be manually adjusted individually. The sliding shaft adopts a square slide block structure with high strength, effectively ensuring precision and extending service life.

Honing Machine

The vertical honing machine is controlled by a CNC system, with the spindle reciprocating and the grinding head rotating driven and controlled by servo motors, offering high precision and high production efficiency. Product Application: Suitable for honing processing of precision holes in parts such as gears, valve bodies, turbochargers, oil pump nozzles, hydraulic components, and mold guide sleeves. After processing, it can achieve high dimensional accuracy, geometric accuracy, and surface roughness.
